Bailey Davies M.S. CCC-SLP
Therapy Director

Bailey Davies, M.S., CCC-SLP, is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist originally from South Louisiana. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette before moving to Texas to complete her Master’s degree at Abilene Christian University’s Dallas program. Bailey is passionate about supporting children and families through early language development, picky eating and feeding therapy, orofacial myofunctional therapy, and executive functioning therapy. She is dedicated to creating child-led sessions that are engaging, personalized, and rooted in each child’s unique interests and strengths. Drawing from her lifelong love of music, Bailey frequently incorporates music and movement into therapy, believing they play a powerful role in supporting learning, connection, and language development.

In her role as Therapy Director at Clubhouse, Bailey loves planning events, fostering meaningful relationships with families, and helping build the warm, welcoming culture of the clinic. She is passionate about creating a space where children and families feel supported, connected, and celebrated.

Outside of work, Bailey enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, Austin, exploring the best restaurants around the DFW area. She also loves embroidery, crafting, and reading, and hopes to one day return to school to pursue a PhD in Speech and Language Sciences.
