A warm, relaxed, fun environment where all families are welcome. Your child will love coming to the Clubhouse!
Compassion and Love. You can expect your therapist to love your child and your family! It is hard when your child is having difficulty in any of the areas that have brought you to us. You can expect support for not only your child, but your family.
Your child will feel successful! It is so important that your child feels motivated to participate in therapy, and the best way to accomplish this is through celebrating and building on their successes! They will have fun during each session, and will leave knowing they did a great job!
You can expect your therapist to strive to provide the best possible care for your child through furthering their education on a regular basis, and ensuring they are up to date on new research and information in our field.
It is most ideal for sessions to be held in the clinic, however, remote sessions are an option based on your child’s needs, maturity, and compliance level. Some children are a great fit for virtual services! Although we are able to do sessions virtually, we do require that the initial evaluation be in person at the clinic. It is also strongly recommended that your child is seen in person at least once every three months, and for their final appointment. During virtual sessions, we require that a caregiver is present.
Parents are always welcome and encouraged to attend sessions, and we recommend caregivers be involved in the therapy process. Due to space and safety needs, we only allow one parent/caregiver to come back with their child during therapy sessions. Siblings are not permitted to come back in the clinic during the therapy session; they must wait in the waiting room accompanied by a parent.
Children in the waiting room must be accompanied by a parent.
Parents and siblings may wait in the waiting room or their car during appointments; however they may not leave the clinic.

We also see patients with a self pay rate and provide superbills. A superbill allows you to seek reimbursement of sessions with your insurance company. Although there is no guarantee that you will receive any reimbursement, many health care plans provide partial coverage for pediatric therapy services using Out-Of-Network benefits. You are encouraged to check with your benefit plan for this coverage. Contact us to learn more about the self pay rates for sessions!
