Michelle Morazán M.S. CCC-SLP

Michelle Morazán, M.S., CCC-SLP is a licensed bilingual (Spanish/English) Speech-Language Pathologist. She began her professional career as an elementary teacher, graduating with her bachelor's degree in early childhood education at Lubbock Christian University in 2014. It was through working closely with an SLP at her campus that her desire to become an SLP emerged. She went back to school to level in her courses and then worked as an Assistant SLP for 2 years while obtaining her graduate degree. She graduated from Texas Woman’s University in 2021 and has loved being an SLP ever since!

 

Michelle truly values building positive relationships with and empowering children and their families. There is nothing if there is no connection. She also understands the power of play - children learn through play! She strives to create meaningful sessions that are child-led, individualized, and fun. Michelle is passionate about supporting bilingualism, early language development, speech sounds, receptive/expressive language skills, and fluency. She also has special interests in feeding and orofacial myofunctional therapy. 

 

Michelle loves spending time with her husband and 2 beautiful baby girls. In her free time, she loves to read books of a variety of genres, walk her furboy, OmNom, craft, hang out with close friends, and go to family-friendly events around the DFW area!
