Sydni Valk, OTD/OTR

Sydni Valk, OTD/OTR is a licensed occupational therapist. She graduated from Texas A&M University–Commerce in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Texas Woman’s University in May 2026.

 

Sydni has always had a passion for working with children and knew early on that she wanted to pursue pediatrics within occupational therapy. She is passionate about creating fun, engaging, and child-led therapy sessions that help children build confidence and independence while reaching their individual goals. Sydni especially enjoys working with children with sensory processing differences, fine motor delays, emotional regulation challenges, and developmental delays. She is dedicated to helping every child feel successful, supported, and empowered both in therapy and in their everyday lives.

 

In her free time, Sydni enjoys spending time with friends and family, staying active, being outdoors, baking, and crafting. She also values downtime to relax, recharge, and enjoy simple moments that bring balance to her busy schedule.
